COURSE BOOKING FORM 
To secure your place please fill in the form below. If you would like to use our finance option you will be sent a link to apply for this after we have received your course booking form. WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR PLACE VIA EMAIL ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT 
Payment Options  
Students can choose to pay in full, Pay over 3 monthly payments or apply for our finance option.  
 
Pay in Full 
Payment is due via Bank transfer in order to secure your place on the course. Once we have received this booking form we will email you our account details. (No Admin Fee Applies) 
 
Pay in Installments 
Pay a £195.00 Deposit and the remaining balance 4 weeks before your course starts (£40 Admin fee applied) 
 
Finance 
If you choose our finance option there will be an additional admin fee of £40.00 added to the loan amount. 
Once you have submitted this form we will email you a link for you to apply for the finance.

Terms 
All deposits are non refundable.  
If you cannot make the course for any reason your payment is not transferable onto another course or refundable.  
You will receive a certificate of attendance for attending the course however if you miss some of the course you may not receive this.  
 
Work Experience Terms 
Students who have qualified with Catherine will be offered opportunities to assist on a Wedding as part of the Catherine Taylor Bridal Hair & Makeup Team. All students will need to have at least 3 months experience after the course and wear a Catherine Taylor Team uniform. You must also be well presented when assisting. There may also be opportunities to join the team in the future although this is not guaranteed.
